1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Frame ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Frame provides AI-powered social interaction analysis, live coaching, and emotional intelligence feedback using audio recordings and real-time voice processing.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App to record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (d) share your account credentials with others.

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Audio recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to you unless you choose to share them.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Free tier users are limited to 15 minutes of recording time per month. Pro subscriptions are available via in-app purchase via Apple ID billing at $9.99/month or $79.99/year.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

7. Free Trial

Frame Pro includes a 7-day free trial. Your subscription begins at the end of the trial period and your Apple ID will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

8. Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Frame does not process refunds directly.

9. Intellectual Property

All audio recordings remain your property. Frame retains ownership of the service, analysis algorithms, anonymized insights, and all intellectual property related to the App. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the App.

10. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Upon deletion: (a) all personal identifiers (email, name, account credentials) are permanently removed; (b) all audio recordings are permanently deleted from our servers; (c) anonymized, de-identified analytical data (transcripts with generic speaker labels, scores, and analysis metrics) may be retained for the purpose of improving our services, training AI models, and conducting research. This retained data cannot be linked back to you or any individual. Deletion of personal data is permanent and cannot be undone.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. AI-generated analysis, coaching, and feedback are for personal self-improvement purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological, medical, legal, or other professional advice.

12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
