All data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security. Audio files are encrypted at rest. Your recordings and transcripts are private and accessible only to your account.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App.
Upon deletion: all personal identifiers and audio recordings are permanently removed from our servers. Anonymized, de-identified analytical data — including transcripts with generic speaker labels, conversation scores, and analysis metrics — may be retained for service improvement and research purposes. This data is irreversibly stripped of all personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you.
Frame uses artificial intelligence to analyze audio recordings for personal communication improvement:
Vocal emotion analysis may be classified as biometric data under certain laws (including Illinois BIPA, Texas, and Washington biometric privacy laws). By using Frame, you provide informed consent for the collection and processing of vocal emotion data. This data is not sold to third parties, not used for identification purposes, accessible only to your account, and deletable upon request.

Your data may be processed by third-party services (OpenAI, Hume AI, AssemblyAI) located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
